You may also want to look at the communities addressing similar problems
to your own. They may well be producing useful scripts and other add-ons.
If so there are advantages in using the same platform as they do, so you can
take advantage of these. Similarly, you may find it easier to get help from
a community that shares your problem-domain interests and software.
