Subject: ANOVA by items
Dear all :-)
Suppose i have a factorial design with two
between-subject factors (one factor A of 3 levels and one factor B of 2
levels) en two within-subject factors (one factor C of 2 levels and one
factor D of 5 levels). Of course, to perform an ANOVA on this data, my
matrix should like :
Subj. A
B C1D1 C1D2
... C1D5 ...
C2D1
... C2D5 1
1
1 2
2
2 3
3 1
Every cell is the number of correct responses (0
through 8) to a given task under certain conditions (factors C en
D)
But if I want to do an ANOVA with items instead of subjects as a
random factor, how should my data matrix look like? I am pretty sure i did
it correct, but i would very much like to see that confirmed by
anybody...
Tanx
alot!
