You calculate
SUM[(x-x_bar)] * SUM[(y-y_bar)]
instead of what you are asked for, which is
SUM[(x-x_bar)*(y-y_bar)].
In other words, multiply each "x" term by the corresponding "y" term BEFORE
you perform the sum.
