Hello Rodney, 

      I am not very good with my math. Would you be kind enough to
point me to some reading material so that I could understand the
solution. In your formula I couldn't understand the terms
iid,Central,Non-Central & ~. So that kinda explains how smart I am at
math.

It would also help if you could provide me an example. I've posted the
problem again in graph format as a response to Angelica's question. If
you would kindly consider providing a solution to the posted problem
it would be very helpful as I study the solution.
