Call for Papers 20th International SEMATECH Statistical Methods Symposium Portland, Oregon. May 18 - 20, 2003
The 2003 symposium will be held as a track in the 12th Annual Industrial Engineering Research Conference (IERC). We are soliciting abstracts for presentation which focus on how statistical methods play an important role in making engineering decisions. In addition, there will be an opportunity to present on case studies showing the use of up-to-date statistical techniques within the semiconductor and other industries. All submissions will be handled through the conference abstract submission web page. To submit an abstract for consideration, please select "Di Michelson" from the list of names in the INVITED presentation section. Abstracts are due by October 17. Authors will be notified of acceptance by November 28.
