It will depend on the journal to which you are submitting the research.
I would go for ii) and iii) provided appropriate N and summary stats
(means and s.d. or whatever are given somewhere in the article)*.

The use of z or T largely depends on whether the large sample normal
approximation is used.

* means and s.d. (or equivalents) are preferred summary stats because
they can be readily used in secondary analyses - not because a Wilcoxon
T is reported.
