I would go with ii or iii because you don't want to force your reader to do
mental calculations

As for t vs z, that would depend on the disciplines' conventions (e.g. always
uses t, or uses t for small samples, z for large).

Be sure to include descriptive statistics that would be used for a meta
analysis, also the a priori alpha that obtained alphas will be compared to.

Since many disciplines follow the APA publication guidelines, etc., see
Wilkinson, L, & Task Force on Statistical Inference. (1999). "Statistical
methods in psychology journal: Guidelines and explanations."  American
Psychologist, _54_,  594-604.
