I have a meta-analysis question, and would appreciate your guidance.
I am planning to conduct a meta-analysis based on Chi-squared values (2 by
3).  I don't know if the typical meta-analysis procedures used for d or r
(e.g., Schmitt & Hunter method) can be applied to this particular case.  I
know I can find the weighted effect size (based on Cohen's work), but I am
not sure how to find other important information such as sampling error
variance, test for homogeneity.
