Hello all, I'm trying to add a few books to our library and would appreciate any recommendations for a Survival Analysis book.
I'm going to get Hosmer and Lemeshow's as a handy reference, but would like something a little more technical as well - something that provides decent theory (doesn't have to have every little detail). So far 1) Therneau and Grambsch and 2) Klein and Moeschberger seems good, though I've never laid eyes on #1. Any opinions? I did a search on sci.stat** but only have a few older posts. Many thanks, Iyue xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx . . ================================================================= Instructions for joining and leaving this list, remarks about the problem of INAPPROPRIATE MESSAGES, and archives are available at: . http://jse.stat.ncsu.edu/ . =================================================================
