I have a problem in which there are two independent poisson Random Variables
{X,Y}, with exponential interarrival times. Once each is realised there is
a contant period of time Tx and Ty
for repairs. I need to calculate the probability that time periods Tx and Ty
will coincide during some duration D. Can someone help
