Go with Gupta's book.  He is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable.  I
have written him a few times and he always responded.  You may be able to
pay for his book online and download it.  It is full of step-by-step
pictures of basic to some more advanced procedures.  It is everything that
you will need and more.
