repeated measures question

hi there,   i'm a newbie to statistics and am a graduate student in marine biol. my research design features 2 within-subjects factors and 1 between-subjects factors. i have 7 dependent variables (measurements) that i'm measuring during each survey time.   question: is it possible to analyse all 7 dependent variables at the same time using repeated measures anova? if so, how do i arrange my dataset. i know how to arrange the dataset for analysis of only one variable.   thank you, ron
