Hello Prasad.

A while ago I recall to have found on Sawtooth website a paper on
application of Hierarchical Bayes to Choice Based Conjoint, a technique
that according to what I had read allowed to estimate individual part
worth also from a CBC experimental design.

If you do not find it please write back and I shall try to search for it
myself.
