b) is definitely of interest in bridge, but the guy who gave me the
problem is a bridge expert, and he's interested in it for the Chinese
game (the guy is also Chinese).  I don't know of any poker games with 13
card hands, but you never know :-)

I was assuming that he didn't care about the order in which they were
dealt, just the 'straightness' e.g. 13 cards as follows would work  I
also didn't ask him if A is high or low, or both....
