Oh, I don't know;  (b) might be of interest in bridge, and (c) in poker.
 Re (c):  does "in straight order" mean "ascending", or "descending", or
"either ascending or descending"?  (I'm assuming that the sequence
{2,3,4,5,6} satisfies (c), for ascending order, but that the sequence
{5,2,4,6,3} would not, for either order.)
