Ok, I just spotted a bigger problem: to make geogebra compile, I had to patch another package (rhino, that generated librhino-java). Unfortunately I then forgot to ask for inclusion of the patch in Debian rhino package, and it stayed only in my computer. This means that also the geogebra binary in Debian (compiled on my computer) is broken.
I'll try to fix this ASAP and then hope there is still some chance so push geogebra to Precise. Thanks for the help so far and sorry for the noise. I'll get write here again as soon as this problem is fixed.
