Mathias,

Two suggestions:

* Get some input from people involved in Vikidia-es and -it,
wikikids.nl, and the Grundschulwiki.
I don't think anyone else would want to use that name if the existing
Dutch group didn't want to join.

* Describe a potential schedule for a migration to WMF hosting.  See
the history of the Wikivoyage page and the OmegaWiki page for
examples.
