Ah, that's a pity. Did anyone say why? Maybe you needed more advertisiing among the students (can students of other universities attend too?), are you going to try again? As I said, in Italy this would need a ministry decree and resolutions of two quasi-legislative bodies, it's a pity to miss the opportunity.
