Vahid, thank you very much. It’s just the sort of thing I’m looking for.
This would require some adaptation (for instance, the Wikimedia Israel rubric
is premised solely on writing, rather than editing, articles), but it’s a good
start.

Israel has developed quite an advanced model to assess student work in
Wikipedia. I recommend you look at their classroom-tested work here:
