Hi, I have raised an issue on JIRA(https://openedx.atlassian.net/browse/LEARNER-3591?filter=-2).
Right now the issue is in project 'LEARNER'. Having done some work, my team would like to make a pull request for this. On referring to ((http://edx.readthedocs.io/projects/edx-developer-guide/en/latest/process/contributor.html), I understand that the next step towards making a contribution, is to create an issue in OSPR project. However, when I try to create an Issue, I am unable to see the OSPR project among the list of available options. I can see a project called 'Open Source' but that does not have an issue type 'Feature Proposal' as mentioned in the documentation. Is 'Open Source' same as OSPR? Or is this happening because we have not yet completed the process of signing Contributor agreement?
