OK, it's hardly been tested very extensively, but I now have the basic
framework for system extensions to efsdeploy which support both python and
ruby.  I've been able to integrate a few basic things that test the core
functionality, and we can build on this as necessary.

On Jerry's madefsd01, the efs/deploy/dev release has already been updated to
include these features.  If you get the latest efs-deploy master branch, it
has it as well.

Support for both of these languages is still several steps behind perl5, but
at least we can now take something that is built with install.rb or setup.py
and attempt to integrate it with EFS.
