this is exactly one of the minor cases why we did not already made the
buildsystem public available. we have no documentation about our
buildsystem (which in fact is a modified and extended version of the
fedora buildsystem, which besides also has no documentation afaik).
for questions like yours we always need to look for ourselves how this
has to be done, before we can help.
i hope you understand our behaviour now.

why you would want to install oracle on a _firewall_????
you really better use another distribution for installing oracle!

for oracle you need an xfree server and java and need to fulfill much
more dependencies, whose packages we never will provide because it don't
make any sense to have them on a security device and blows up our distro
to an unmaintainable bunch of packages.

btw, you don't need to have additional packages on the iso. you could
simply install your rpm's after the installation.
