If you have the proxy running, you need to allow the subnets access.

Proxy->Network Based Access Control->Allowed Subnets

You probably only have 192.168.1.0/255.255.255.0

Simply add:
192.168.2.0/255.255.255.0
192.168.3.0/255.255.255.0
