Actually I'm not running proxy, only firewall. I add entry to the routing 
table of efw:
route add -net 192.168.2.0 netmask 255.255.255.0 gw 192.168.1.70
route add -net 192.168.3.0 netmask 255.255.255.0 gw 192.168.1.70

The communications between subnets and efw internal interface are fine, the 
only issue I having is that these subnets can't reach the Internet through 
efw.

kernel: host 192.168.1.227/if4 ignores redirects for 192.168.2.95 to 
192.168.1.70.
