The problem must be how you configure your outgoing rule for this port. Is
it possible to post a screenshot of your rule or something here to maybe
make it easier for people to see what is wrong?
I have no problems using Utorrent on my endian on 2 computers, one behind a
wireless router as well so the problem must be in your rule somewhere.
