I was just browsing and saw this.? It's probably way too late, but you do need
to include the remote subnet in AD Sites and Services.
Even then, however, at least for me, logins take up to (or over) an hour and
that is with slow-link detection disabled.
You should also check the event log on both the server and clients.
I love OpenVPN, but Net2Net?doesn't work very well with MS from my experience:).

Thanks for your quick replay. My problem is not related to DNS or WINS
services because it replays when I ping my domine server host name.
Before this OpenVpn connection there was a IPsec connection. Under the old
connection the PCs could join the Windows domain.
