an mx is basically the server where to send mail to, not where to get it 
from and I only know of spam blocking techniques that use the OTR 
records, but never the mx dns entries.

then you should probably think about using a smarthost for mail delivery 
that is running somewhere outside your network.

you need to define where the efw should deliver the incoming mail to. 
you can do that under proxy -> SMTP -> Domains -> Add. You just enter 
the desired domain name and the ip of your internal mail server.

if you make the efw taking your incoming mail, you could try a 
combination of some advanced settings to reduce spam.
