as far as I know, there is no hardware compatibility list. but you can
just have a look in /boot/config to see which hardware drivers are built
into the kernel and which are available as kernel modules. If you don't
want to install one, I'm happy to send you the current config, if you
give me a short notice.

My guess would be that the ICH9 wouldn't be a problem, but the LSI
Megaraid will. the LSI Megaraid are some fake raid controllers who need
their own drivers to work as raid and these drivers are only available
for windows or special linux/unix distributions/versions.

If you don't care about hardware raid, you could just use the LSI
megaraid as a standard controller and let the endian take care of your
raid because endian can handle multiple hardddisks as software raid.

I can't really tell if all of your hardware will be working, but if it's
not too exotic, there is a good chance.

OpenVPN 2.0.9 including SSL/LZO/EPOLL in 2.2beta.

The appliances have their own professional VPN Client Software which can
be downloaded directly from the appliance. Don't know if tokens are
supported here.

With the endian community version, you can use the free OpenVPN-GUI Client.
