yes my users are using Skype as app To be clear skype always connects but disconnects after a random while, and goes on like that in a sort of loop, connecting and disconnecting It' so strange, before using endian I had a squid always with auth and some iptables rules, but everything worked fine, don't know why probably because tcp 443 port was not blocked???
