Hmm well it failed to download the blacklist.tgz which then triggered  
the rest of the errors...

1) Check your setup and make sure you can reach the web page via curl  
on the command line. [I just verified that it is there so that is not  
the problem]

2) I updated the script to have one more layer of sanity checks. No  
it checks for the existance of blacklist.tgz before going on.

I copied  the new script over the old one so you can just grab it again.
