Thanks four your advice, but my /etc/spamd/local.cf looks good,
se here:

required_score 7
rewrite_header Subject '***SPAM***'
dns_available yes
report_safe 1
use_pyzor 1
pyzor_path /usr/bin/pyzor

use_auto_whitelist 1
use_bayes 1
auto_whitelist_path /var/lib/spamassassin/auto-whitelist
bayes_path /var/lib/spamassassin/bayes

But Spam-Emails get tagged with spam score of 5 and the subject
is not touched?!?!
