These should be all the missing files, plus the updated clamd.conf.tmpl file.

Some of the files have the same name, but go in different directories. To
keep it straight, I created zip files that are named after the dirs they go
into...

etc_clamav_.zip contains files that go into etc/clamav/
etc_init.d_.zip has files for etc/init.d/
etc_spamd_.zip has files for etc/spamd/
etc_sysconfig_.zip has files for etc/sysconfig/
usr_share_clamav_.zip has files for usr/share/clamav/

Permissions and ownership of the files you're adding should be made to look
like similar files in the directories, but it seems to be working without
doing this.

If you have any files in /etc/init.d/ named *.old, please delete them. For
example:

/etc/init.d/clamd.old <-delete this

You should reboot after everything, as this expands the .tmpl files.

Then test each service:

spamd -V
spamassassin -V
havp --conf-file=/etc/havp/havp.conf -s
freshclam
clamd -V
top

On my new install of efw, freshclam complained:

WARNING: Clamd was NOT notified: Can't connect to clamd through /tmp/clamd
connect(): No such file or directory

This could possibly be a config error. Freshclam is trying to talk to Clamd
thru the /tmp/clamd directory, which doesnt exist, and isnt finding what its
looking for. (pid or lock file?) In any case, running freshclam again doesnt
repeat the error...
