Hello, I recently ran into a problem where endian is blocking msnbc.msn.com (i get a blank white page). I added msnbc.msn.com to the http proxy whitelist and it still will not pull up the website. So I installed IPCOP to test this with and the same thing was happening (i have Advanced Proxy 3.0.0 and url filter 1.9.3 installed).
The current fix I found for IPCOP that worked for me was to just do the following three steps found at http://www.ipcops.com/phpbb3/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=11619 1) Enable the option "Upstream proxy / Proxy address forwarding" in the Advanced Proxy GUI 2) add to '/var/ipcop/proxy/advanced/acls/include.acl' acl msnbc dstdomain .msnbc.msn.com header_access Accept-Encoding deny msnbc 3)Hit "Save and restart" from the Advanced Proxy GUI. Does anyone know of a fix for this in Endian 2.2RC3 or for an earlier version of 2? I have two separate installs of Endian that this is happening to and need this resolved. Deploying IPCOP is not an option at this time (and I prefer endian anyway). I have not opened a Bug Track ticket for this yet.
