Hi I'm trying to install efw 2.3 and I get "Kernel panic - not syncing: IO-APIC + timer doesn't work" ans the install crashes. How do I get passed this ? I have tried to set the kernel options but I don't seem to get the syntax correct. Please could you advise on the correct syntax of the kernel options. The motherboard I' using is a Gigabyte EP-NF570 SLI/G mother board if that helps.
