Wish I had a guess.  The error message clearly indicates a 10MB limit
somewhere.

Have you considered limits at the email client (TBird), the sending SMTP
server, and the receiving SMTP server?

I'm running an older version, so can't compare my install.  Sorry.

I chosen 40MB, saved and rebooted but I get the same error.
