I noticed that postfix is restarted nightly at around 50 minutes past
midnight:

(Excerpt from /var/log/maillog:)
Sep 2 00:49:33 myHostName postfix/postfix-script: stopping the Postfix
mail system

How does this happen? Cron.daily runs at 01:25, Anacron.daily is empty,
and there are no other crontab entries that could be relevant.

Greetings,
    Heinzi

PS: The reason that I'm asking is because sometimes postfix fails to
stop properly during those nightly restarts, leaving the mail system in
a broken state (lots of defunct child processes, postfix can only be
restarted after "kill -9"-ing the old "master" process).
