I want to use the priority for the maintainer and release manager to set an importance of the bug: 9 - release critical 5 - normal (initial state) 1 - maybe fix it sometimes
To be able to do that, I want to change the ACL to only allow tracker-technicians and -admins to modify the priority, and no longer ticket creators. I will do that tomorrow if noone objects. I already changed the categories / names of the apps not in 1.4 to start with a x-app (eg. x-projects) so they appear behind the regular ones.
