fixed in is a nice idea :-)

With modify the ACL I meant changing a few checkboxes.

We can modify the XSLT template used for www.egroupware.org/changelog
- create real links from "fix for bug #123: ..."
- allow to specify a branch
- allow to specify a start and stop revision

Then a changelog would simply be the change in the given branch between
the revision of the last release/beta/rc to this one.
