I, an eGroupWare developer, still can not vote for anyting on that ballot. 
Certainly, there is an option missing:

I think this is MUCH more in line with the spirit of eGWs Constitution, at 
least as I understood it, when I voted for it.

Don't get me wrong, as long as Tine20 is not a fully working groupware with 
most of eGWs features and an upgrade-path as well as all the different 
interfaces for fat-clients and mobile devices, I'm not convinced it should 
replace trunk. But, if and when the branch matures, there's still time to 
have an admin decision about that replacement and procede according to the 
eGW Constitution, then.
