This is not correct. It is related to ClassLoaders as outlined in my
previous posts. If it was related to the thread then..

.. this wouldn't work.

Calling doPrivileged does you no good if you don't have the desired
Permission. And if the restrictions was related to the thread you
wouldn't have the Permissions, so the mentioned discussion would be
void. But it isn't, so you're incorrect :-) How's that for deduction...
