Unfortunatelly, I haven't meet with a server which correctly handles
transaction isolation levels. Some servers serialize all requests, no
matter for tr. isol. level set. Others don't lock local entity bean
instances, so the following scenario is possible:

     T1        T2
1    begin
2    tb.set($100)
3              begin
4              tb.deposit($10000)
5              commit
6    commit

and the value is $100, because T1 externalizes the bean later than T2.
