Well, Aglets has been scrapped. IBM has a new research dept. working on
the next generation agent framework (which has some really cool
features), but they do not/will not support the JPE platform (i.e. EJB,
JMS, JNDI), which is, IMHO, a major drawback.

BTW, I did an study on Aglets a couple of months ago and it was really
uninteresting since they had not solved any of the interesting issues in
a good way. "Research material" perhaps, but I wouldn't use it for any
real stuff.
