The most functional and proven implementation is from Enron
Communications with their InterAgent product. Sun has licensed
InterAgent and will be offering their own version of JMS based on it
(called Java Message Queue...JMQ) later this fall as well.

> Which app server vendors are planning to support JMS?

Since JMS will be required for in the next EJB spec, all of them will
eventually support it.

> Is there a JMS mailing list?

Yes. JMS-INTEREST, just like EJB-INTEREST, but there is little to no
traffic on it as of yet. This will likely change when JMQ comes out.

I am also writing a book on JMS, which should be out later this Fall.
