So very true. But the funny thing is here that Sessions does not (in
this article at least) talk about how good COM+ is, but rather makes a
rather lame attempt at showing why EJB is bad. Which utterly fails since
he is so completely clueless. If he wants to talk about COM+ et. al then
fine, let him do that. If he does that just as "well" as he explains EJB
I'm fine with that, if you see what I mean. But when he tries to
"explain" how EJB works and at the same time make it appear as though
EJB sucks, he's asking for trouble.

ObjectWatch newsletter, he is nothing but a component-technology wannabe
with a big mouth. Unfortunately a lot of people seem to listen to it.
Otherwise I wouldn't care. A lot of people are investing huge amounts of
time and money into EJB, and Java, and to have their efforts hindered by
crap such as this is something I wont, and none of you should, tolerate.
There is nothing constructive or informative about the article. You will
not learn anything by reading it, due to the extreme amount of errors in
it. Its only reason to exist is to show that freedom of speech applies
to everyone, even ignorant people. *sigh* During the past year I have
been amazed at how many developers and management people have read, or
heard of, the highly inaccurate "EJB vs MTS" WhitePapers that were
released last year, and how much impact those papers had. It has taken
quite some time and pain to set things right, and it will probably take
even more time before the damage is completely fixed, but I'm not in the
mood to do it all over again because of this BS.
