Ah I see you're equating "core" with the Basic Level of Conformance. I
was reading too much into the use of the phrase. Thanks for the
clarification.

You'll forgive me if I prefer "...an extension to the model embodied by
the EJB spec" :-)

Yes the PTC email vote is currently underway and I believe is scheduled
to complete around November 5th. Upon a successful conclusion to that
and the Business Ctte Questionaire phase the OMG BOD can endorse the
spec.
