Try using 'localhost' or 127.0.0.1 instead of your machine's network name.

An easy way to test is by trying to access the J2EE HTTP service at port
8000 using your browser.
You may find that http://localhost:8080 retrieves the J2EE 1.0 Default Home
Page, but http://johnhogan:8080 does not.
