We've used the same pattern with NAS4 and found that to compile the stubs for the
bean and deploy it, you need to have EJBObject at the end of the implements ...
line, i.e.:

implements SomeInterface, EJBObject;

rather than

implements EJBObject, SomeInterface.

 No clue why it works that way though.
