VAJ has got great integration with WebSphere. Very seamless. You can
develop, test, integrate, debug, deploy all with a few clicks of some
buttons and out of the box, it is all setup to go.

But, then VAJ is also a straightforward Java IDE and I don't see why you can
load the WebLogic server in and run your EJB's in it.
What you will find missing is that, as VAJ automatically generates DD's etc.
for WAS AE and the CB portion of WAS EE, it will not do so for WebLogic. You
either might have to write it as a resource or do your own plugin to develop
it.

VAJ works very tightly with its repository. So, the better integrated
external products are with the repository, the better your productivity.

What you may find is that WebLogic have got good docs on how to do dev with
JBuilder and Visual Cafe, but there may be a complete absence of
documentation to do it with VAJ.  hmm, wonder why ?  ;-)
