The email on this list is getting out of hand with "howto" queries relating to
each vendor's products. If vendors will consistently reply to such queries
by pointing the user to their respective support channels (WITHOUT giving
them the answer to their query on this list), we should hopefully reduce
such email and keep the list more focused.
