Not being an emacs user, I am assuming that you are asking for the tab key
to indent the selected source lines? If so, JBuilder has this feature, don't
know about the others. FWIW, JBuilder also has support for emacs-type
keybindings. This became a big feature since they've ported their IDE to an
all-Java version that runs on Solaris and Linux.

This may help you in your transition. JBuilder is written in Java so is
identical on Linux, Solaris and Windows.
